manageAssets Enterprise Edition is deployed on an industry standard open architecture which gives immense flexibility of keeping hybrid databases for multiple locations, multiple subsidiary units and divisions within your large enterprise environment.
It’s easy to locate your current assets, and determine what department or person they’re assigned to. You can search for text in any field in the inventory database. If required, you can organize all of your non-IT assets like equipment, tools, furniture, computers, vehicles, and other assets for depreciation and stock tracking purposes. Scan and print barcode labels directly from the program for the asset locations as well as the actual assets through mass printing of bar codes.
Track all of your leases, warranties, and service agreements, as well as asset maintenance and repair history. By attaching all of these documents to the asset description, you ensure that critical information is immediately accessible when you need it.
manageAssets Enterprise Edition has been made to be implemented wherein your assets are spread across multiple locations, used by small and large group of users spread across multiple countries, cities and other branch locations.
manageAssets helps you create classified asset locations and types for better management and tracking of assets. Track Asset Ownership details to get a clear picture of who owns what. manageAssets helps you assign assets to users and track them through the asset life cycle. The detailed asset ownership history helps track all previous owners & records all the changes in the asset.
Get detailed hardware inventory reports about workstations in the network such as OS details, CPU details, network information, hard disk details, and RAM slots. Software Inventory report details software installed in workstations across the network. It helps you group licensed software enabling you to track total number of actual installations versus purchased software licenses.
manageAssets can easily assist you in compliance by keeping a check on list of compliant, under licensed & over licensed software. It offers a complete Purchasing system that helps you manage POs with approvals and gives a flexibility of linking them to the invoices raised by vendors.
manageAssets gives you the flexibility to scan and attach the photographs / images of all the assets, and would assist you to generate the Asset Catalogues and reference manuals far more quickly.
