Project Description: The Census India Digital Library is a source of vast information about the different departments of Census. Every census brings with it more data for consolidation and evaluation.

This Digital Archive is the repository of information on all these subjects published since 1872 when the first Census was conducted.

The Digital Library is an online web application which is linked to the census India website. This web application facilitates its users to view the census data that has been published in a systematic and easy manner.
