Spices board selects Logicsoft as its technical partner in executing the eSpiceBazaar – eCommerce Platform for better market reach and price realization for Chill and Turmeric Farmers in Andhra Pradesh.

The proposal to have the eSpiceBaazaar Traceability can be attributed to the under performance of many farms due to lack of reach of timely and correct information to them. To bridge this information gap, the Department of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India has approved the Spices Board initiative for the eSpiceBazaar project. The underperforming farms are to be made high yieldling farms producing quality products of demand, through the use of IT enabled services that will mitigate the gap between agricultural information flow and transaction management in Chilli / Turmeric growing farmers of the Districts of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh States.
